Meet Holly

Holly Stratton is a PACFA-registered therapist with a deep belief that healing is not a clinical transaction. It is a lived, embodied experience and it works best when the environment is part of it.

Her practice is grounded in equine assisted therapy, nature-based approaches, and holistic mind-body-soul work. She specialises in breathwork, visualisation, emotional regulation, and physical release for deeply held stress and emotional weight.

Holly works from her private property at Mount George, 20 minutes from Adelaide, in the heart of the Adelaide Hills.

You will not be sitting in a waiting room.

This might be for you if...

  • You have tried traditional therapy and something still feels stuck

  • Your body holds stress, anxiety, or grief that words alone do not reach

  • You are drawn to the outdoors as a place where you feel most yourself

  • You are navigating a significant life change and need real support, not just strategies

  • You are looking for therapy that meets you where you are, not where the textbook says you should be

  • You are an NDIS participant seeking meaningful, evidence-informed support
